Harrisburg — Today, Blue Dog PAC announced its endorsement of Eugene DePasquale for Congress in Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District.
“First as a state representative and then as Pennsylvania’s auditor general, Eugene has proven to be a dedicated public servant who is committed to the key Blue Dog tenet of fiscal responsibility,” said Blue Dog PAC Chair Rep. Kurt Schrader. “His work combatting government waste, fraud and abuse in the commonwealth has saved taxpayers millions of dollars over the course of his tenure. The Blue Dogs are excited to give Eugene our full endorsement and look forward to working with him to advance fiscally responsible policies in the next Congress.”
“I am honored to receive the endorsement from Blue Dog PAC,” said Eugene DePasquale. “I will bring with me to Washington my willingness to work with anyone, regardless of party, to promote policies that are in the best interest of my constituents and the country and my commitment to combating wasteful government spending so we can focus on priorities like health care, improving education, and repairing our crumbling roads and bridges.”
